A beloved mother, daughter, grandmother, and great grandmother, Emily Ann Wiseman passed away peacefully on June 16, 2024, surrounded by her treasured family members. Emily was born November 3, 1940, in New York City, New York. She was raised in the Roman Catholic faith and attended Catholic schools for most of her academic years. She married Albert Dale Wiseman on December 4, 1963, in New York City, New York. The couple had five beautiful children together. Emily's father was a Chef in New York City, at many esteemed establishments including the Palm, and Longchamps at 423 Madison. He taught her how to cook, mostly Italian cuisine, but once she met her husband, he requested that she learn his mother's recipes. Emily accepted the challenge and she learned how to cook all of his family's "southern" recipes. Emily's mother was an amazing seamstress for a famous fashion designer in New York City and she made all of Emily's clothes growing up, through Catholic school, from first holy comm
